Paco De Lucia? He's considered one the greats, and he definitely lives up to his reputation.

Beside Paco de Lucia, I recommend Gino d'Auri - album "Flamenco Mystico" (1992).

Ottmar Liebert is not real flamenco. It's just spanish guitar, like Armik or Govi. I like all of them, but let's face it, it's not flamenco.

Don't know about specifics, but you can pick up some pretty good (and large) compilations on the cheap in any half-decent CD shop - always a safe bet as a starting point

La Esperanza

From Jason Ankeny @All Music Guide:

Mixing flamenco-styled guitars with contemporary dance rhythms, La Esperanza was led by songwriter, producer and session ace Carlos Villaloba, who assembled guitarist Andre Barboza, keyboardist Randy Wheeler and drummer Danny Cruces to record the group's self-titled 1998 debut LP. Esperanza II appeared three years later.
