That new album is Melodic Ambient (ala Eno) at it's absolute, all-time best.

Probably my favorite proprietors of the ambient/drone/minimalist genre. Their discography is amazing to soak yourself in from time to time, in some cases (ie. Refinement/Ballasted Orchestra) more than that.
