Default Eluvium

I thought I'd already made a thread anyway. Copia was easily one of the best albums of 2007, I wish I'd discovered it before making all my lists it would be in the top 10. I can't speak for the other albums as I didn't pay to much attention to them because I didn't like them. Copia though is sort of like walls of orchestra with piano solos, I guess. It's beautiful.

Recommendations:
Radio Ballet
Prelude for Time Feelers
Indoor Swimming at the Space Station
Repose in Blue

They are excellent but they sound like a lot of electronic Ambient bands out there. Just as well because I love this genre. Ethan you should give PHAEDRA by TANGERINE DREAM a listen it's 24 years old but it is a stunning Ambient album.

Stunningly beautiful. I adore the vibrato the cellist is using, definitely finger.

I adore Talk Amongst the Trees; it's such a good album to listen to when it's autumn/winter. Even though they're not really suitable for live listening, I'm looking forward to seeing Matt open for EitS at the end of this month.

Copia was definitely one of the best albums of last year. I just couldn't find a spot for it on my top ten. But still, I loved it. I'm gonna have to go back and find his other releases.

Shit, Copia is one of the best post-rock albums made in a while imo.

I only have An Accidental Memory in the Case of Death but it bores the crap out of me. Maybe I should check out Copia.

I think you should, I didn't really enjoy his earlier albums a whole lot. I can upload it for you if you need it.

eluvium doesn't play post-rock

An Accidental Case is his best album, in my opinion.
