Does anybody else like this band? If you don't listen to them, there album Grand Opening and Closing is one of the most proggish bands I have heard in a long time. The creativity in the songs and the instruments is stunning, using everything from food containers to an electric violin.
The genres of avant-garde and metal blend to create this truly unique song. It's like combination of Thinking Plague, Mr. Bungle, and King Crimson, with a few Zappa rifts scattered throughout many of the songs. It's worth a listen, don't get intimidated by the first song, it is one of the most metal on there. As a warning, it definitely is influenced by metal, so if you can't stand any form of metal, you won't like it. As soon as I figure out how to upload an album i'll post the link for anyone who wants to listen.
