Saw these guys live. It was a great experience. A lot of depth and layers in their sound.

I always wanted to see them live. I know this guy who has and he said they like played some completely new songs during concert, I don't know if I believe him though.

So my friend and I were driving to pick up another friend and my friend's girlfriend asks if she can listen to something and we said "Okay one more song" and put on some Godspeed and 20 minutes later we'd pick up said friend and arrived at the movies. And that kids is why Godspeed rules.

haha, I agree with you, I dont understand how they're so popular/have so much hype. Anyone can make long songs with industrial noises and backmasked whispers
