Either way you should check them out. I'd try giving "Hear Comes The Indian" a listen as it's a bit less poppy and tons more experimental than their current output of material.

Anyway, you know the real argument is about their Merriweather Post Pavilion album. Loose_Lips - you live in the area and maybe you've been to the venue. Do you have any thoughts on the album?

I've been to the venue yes... it's alot like the nissan pavilion if you must know. As for the album I really dig some songs on it "Summertime Clothes" "Brothersport" "In The Flowers" and "Girls" but, I found it to be lacking as a whole and I never, ever listen to the entire album through.
