yea i agree completely. first few listens were while i was playing a video game(probably has turned me off way too much music). once i dedicated some time to it i fell in love.

Earlier, some one said that this was weird and then some one got upset about it. What's wrong with it being weird? I mean, just because music is weird, doesn't mean it can't be really good.

Well, I don't see what makes this album to die for, but I do really enjoy it. Not too long ago I got turned onto it by an album review, and it just felt so comfortable. Songs that easily hold my attention for five to eight minutes have to be good. I would say Washer is my favorite but that just isn't true, it's just the easiest to get absolved in without listening to the entire album. Can't really judge a song fairly if you take it out of context, and all together, the entire album is beautifully done and a fantastic listen. I just don't think it's the best thing to come out of the 90's.

i would have to say Don, Aman is my favorite.

Got to see them open for Paul Stanley a few years back in Vegas, the lead singer is smokin hot......I didnt care much for their music though.

Weird?
Huge commitment?
This was everyday music for me in the early-mid 90s. Driving music and such..

Obviously you can listen to it whenever you want to. Is is every setting ideal, however? That's what I mean when I say "huge commitment." To get the essence of Spiderland, you have to be active listening to it, or at least put it loud enough for every moment to hit you.
