I don't recall if he's Black Irish, though at times he would exhibit an Irish temper, if you're going by that you might have to rethink your criterion. If I recall correctly, I thought he said he was French Canadian. Whether he was full blooded Quebecois or Arcadian I have no idea, or whether maybe it was only his last name was of French origin. Too bad he didn't publish his French Canadian or Black Irish family tree along the the other personal material he posted.
