How is anybody supposed to trust that function will be of any use when we have seen undeniably biased moderation?

Edit: I just don't get how you have the same 3 people telling you how UNFAIR and BIASED moderation is and you guys are like "derka derka the WHOLE forum wants STRICT moderation, derka derka, can't make everybody happy, derka derka" No. It's 3 people saying that the moderation is unfair. Nobody wants to miss out on OH's jokes.

Where is the mod bias theory coming from? Merit deserved the ban. I've known him for years. I'm surprised he hasn't been banned sooner but that's just the way it is. I don't think it has anything to do with bias. Anybody that has been here for a long time like I have were fully expecting a ban toward Merit at some point. This isn't like a random thing, it was coming. If I were a mod here I'd have banned him as well.
