But that was also several years ago.
He gave me an infraction as a joke and it's still there after like five or six years.

He's a troll who either starts arguments or fans the flames, some would say that is exactly the opposite of what a mod should do. So, what is the point of having him as mod again? So he can approve some bigger avatars sometimes?

Who said he's bad? Frown's contributions outweigh his occasional confrontations (with Chula).
