I could agree with that for the large majority of his albums. Surprisingly enough, I thought his last album (released in 2013) was the best he's ever done. I think the last three of his albums have more of a conceptual framework for him to work with and as a result, they've really played to his strengths. Signing to Strange Music (Tech N9ne's record label) was the best thing he ever did. The beefed up production really helps him stand out among a crowd of, as you put it, Wikipedia-esque horrorcore.

Gravediggaz 'Six Feet Deep' is still my bar for what a great horrorcore album should be. Mannibalector falls a little short because of irritating skits and a few filler songs.
