On second thought you're clearly being serious so I'll give you a serious reply: nobody adheres to those rules perfectly, fussing over them is not seeing the forest for the trees. Speaking for myself the goal I'm striving towards as a mod is to make everyone here feel comfortable and safe (within reason). I'm not gonna be a priss about every petty insult or other instances of rulebreaking if I feel sure enough that no one is hurt, because that would be more disruptive than beneficial

If you banned or even warned everyone every time they used a slur or slagged someone off, when it's clearly in fun and they know the recipient is going to take it in that spirt, you'd either have a very uptight forum where nobody would even greet a passing wildfowl with a loud shout or you'd have
