Meh. If Urban decides to come back and still be a mod, I really don't care. It's not like there can only be a limited amount of mods at any one time, so does it really matter if inactive members are still technically mods?

Does it really matter? If he's not even around, how are they even going to see his name in blue? And what if they do? Will they start questioning the entire power structure of the forum? Complete anarchy???

Not that I'm questioning either choice, but what was the process for picking them? Was there just a simple poll in the mod forums?

As far as I know, they went through the member picture thread and chose the 2 best looking members.

Then why were you and Exo chosen?

I bribed Yac. Exo was runner up anyway, so he was already in.

Thank you for being willing to volunteer your time for the sake of the site and all the people who use it.

And to Janszoon: thank you, also, for the years you dedicated your time to moderating the site. While we didn't always see eye to eye on moderator policies or actions, I really do appreciate that you spent your free time keeping the site spam-free and trying to do what you felt was best for the community.

As I've just read this now: thanks for everything you did as a mod Jansz and enjoy your retirement. I know most of the journal posts of mine that Urban didn't approve were usually handled by you, so thanks for that. You were also very fair-minded as a mod and completely impartial, proving why this place needed no major changes. I assume you're staying on as a member though? Perhaps another 25 albums journal? ;)

Seriously: well done for all the work you put in and I hope the personal stuff isn't too heavy and you can still enjoy yourself here, even moreso I guess now you're just a mere mortal like us.

Don't tell anyone but Janzoon was my fav mod.

i'll miss him as a mod but is nice to see he's still around as a regular member.

Never knew so many of the male mods were gay. Live and learn.

I'm pretty sure Urban will be back. He's on a hiatus of sorts now, I guess. And there's also Satchmo, who I haven't seen in quite some time.

Well, they're openly happy, so I don't see how you missed it.
