There's like a million other threads for that.

Can we have one thread that is meant to be serious where people stay on topic about the OP? This is the kind of bs that I'd like mods to respond to more consistently.

I think this whole process would been better done if it would was posted somewhere like "Editor's Pick."

Yeah, if you bother to check back you'll see we are/were generally still on topic.

Tore spoke about infractions being subject to "public scrutiny". Roxy said she didn't like that. Batty got upset about that for some reason. I stepped in on Roxy's side. Batty began talking about having no respect for opinions. I said every opinion should be respected, quoted Voltaire. Discussion went on about opinions, Voltaire and took in somewhere along the line Flat Earth belief and the KKK. I said I was finished with this line of conversation and the thread should return to its main topic. But all of this was incidental to the original question, so it's not like someone suddenly said "Hey did you see that film" or "Let's talk about hamburgers!" This all grew from an on-topic post, so it essentially never really went off-topic, it just grew into something else.

DwnWthVwls would just to see this site burn in a blaze of infractions, and is sick of our attempts to stop his mad plan.

Then we can have a poll on whether or not MB members think the mod team will change anything.

I'll probably not post in that thread much either.
