I don't see the point in mentioning this. I'm sure if it were actually a problem, Yac would have done something about it. Also, i'm sure there are more reasons than you or I know about that makes it so those members can't be as active as they want to be. As well as the fact that even though they aren't active in the public forum, doesn't mean they aren't active in the mod forum. Also, super moderators are the mods, not sure why you're differentiating the two.
