About the not banning trolls thing. That's almost always down to the forum itself, not just the mods. Whenever you have people like The Virgin or Dirty, there are always people who complain that banning them as trolls is unfair. It takes so long to ban them, not because the mods aren't doing their jobs, but because the forum is so accepting of different personalities, even those who rub a lot of people the wrong way. I'd rather the forum remain inclusive when dealing with people who toe that line.
