Not me; I stayed away for three months. Not getting rid of me that easily again though!

I certainly hope Urban isn't leaving for real. As with all the mods, we can only guess at the amount of time he spends on thankless behind-the-scenes sorting out. A mod, and a guy who's been here 10 years has a better long-term perspective on the health of MB than most of us.
I don't think he should be called to account every time he's abrasive. Firstly, there's an element of truth to some of his complaints, and secondly, he's earned the right to a little more leeway than the rest of us imo.
