Here is my Suggestion.
1.Add a instant chat on top so you could filter spammers and ask quick small questions instead of opening a new thread for a simple and small question.
2.Increase the Requirements from 15 until post links to at least 40x post before your able to post links. I've seen forums they have a more stricter requirements and are popular. Just for help
So far I do like this forum and here is 3. please dont shout this forum down since I dont want to move anymore around with new music forums! Thanks

No need, they just post 15 times in quick succession and that's how we tell.

15 posts is enough to work out if someone is spamming or not.
