I get it Rox, I acknowledged that in my first response about doing what they have to do as mods. I'm just saying in the past I feel like threads have been locked simply because they left a distaste in certain peoples' mouths and not because they were violating any sort of conduct rules that would bring attention from the site owners.

Also, as far as forum etiquette goes, I think Lil's post about helping Mondo was way more inappropriate than anything I've seen here in a while and no one really seemed to care. Everyone has their own opinion on this stuff, they either need to lay out some guidelines, not mod on the fly.
