That would require me to listen to it. And I gave a couple of tracks a go, and I really don't want to. If I do, I will only be forcing myself, just to do a review, and it will put me off listening to music for a while.

I have to admit I don't understand this. I listened to "Low" ages ago and I was really impressed, and everyone knows what a girl I am! But over the last month I've kind of forced myself to listen to a lot of music I would normally not even touch, and in some but not all cases I've been impressed. However, even when I truly hated the album I was still glad I tried it, because it means I wasn't pre-judging it, which seems to be what you're doing here.

The only way you grow musically is to listen to stuff that's not normally your bag. Not saying you have to force yourself to listen to it, but it's a bit of a cop-out to just decide to give up. I can't see anything so bad about the album that it would put you off music. What's specifically so terrible to you about it?

Okay, your right, I shouldn't pre-judge it. I have always gone by that. Then I tried Psych, and unfortunately, I now dislike that genre. So I am now in a phase where I just don't want to listen to anything new. This will only make me want to go listen to the same stuff I have become accustomed too. Also count the fact that I would have to do a review of some form. In fact, I am not seriously saying I wouldn't give it a go, but I am just not in the mood anymore. I am sure it will pass. If I am to listen to it and review it, I am going to want to do it in my own time. Not somebody else's schedule. I want to enjoy the music, and not do it for the sake of it. Plus were not all like you Trollheart. Everybody has their limits, and forcing yourself, for some people, is not healthy when listening to music. Whether they pre-judge it or not. Although sorry for pissing you people about. I get ahead of myself, when I know I should slow down. Like I said, I will listen to it, but only when I want. Which might be a while. So it would be easer if somebody else did it instead. Because I sure as hell ain't rushing. And sorry again Urban for even attempting to be a part of this.

Well I guess that's a fair point. I just checked out of the Psych AC myself because a) the albums were coming too fast and b) I really didn't like much of what I was listening to. No point in forcing yourself. But try to give "Low" a listen at some point; you might be surprised.

Sorry if I came over all preachy: it's the Metal Month II Trollheart. He just won't **** off and let me go back to the way I was. He won't let me live...
