Change of Colour

Before i start i wanna say this is just my opinion and i don't mean to assume i speak for everybody here.

I got a couple of suggestions for MB to spruce up this place a bit. these suggestion are solely based on aesthetics not the social aspect of the forum.

ive been coming here for 3 yrs and i like MB but ive always thought that blue colour palette we use on the forum is a bit too bland and stale.

also the layout of the forums seems very basic.. too basic perhaps.

Now idk who is exactly is in charge of this or what it takes to change this, i don't even know who exactly runs this site but i like this place and ive noticed it's been around for awhile yet i haven't seen the layout be updated too much.

ive gotten used to it by now but like i said it looks very basic.

for me, it would be nice to see a change around here.
i don't mind the basic layout that much but can't they change the colour palette at least?

you know, some kind of change that reflects MB is evolving as a site.

Everything should be black and gray and written in barely decipherable dripping tree root fonts.

I agree and we should change the background of Trollheart's journal to torn fetuses or something similarly revolting. Maybe a bunch of progressive grindcore album covers just to mess with him.

It would be amazing if we had the power to get the owners to make those kinds of updates, but it's extremely unlikely.

I have no idea. I learned their name by reading it on the bottom of the page just like most people on here. They own other sites, including city-data.com, and I believe they're based in Illinois, but other than that I know nothing about them.
