And when did anyone last post something in the Country, Folk and World forum?
Well, it hasn't been since October 24 - I know because I have been watching the forum for signs of life. It's been like that scene in the movies where you stand round the hospital bed and the camara focuses on the monitor as it goes ...bleep...pause...bleep...paaauuuse...flatline.

There are now well over three billion internet users in the world, so it's a bit of a conundrum; am I really the only one out of 3 billion people who would like to swap opinions in our Country, Folk and World forum ? That can't be true, and yet it is.
Quite a few familiar names on that first list. I often overlook the Country, Folk and World forum because there's so little activity there that I forget it exists. I've been listening to various bands recently which would fit right in there. I'll have to post a few of them in the thread later, when I have a bit more free time.
^ Thanks, Psy-Fi ! I' ll see you there, I hope.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

I was wondering what you were shoving into the kids. Doesn't make it any better.

I never get around to writing about music as much as I would like to do, so I don't know if I deserve recognition, but thanks anyway. The last Country/Folk artist that caught my attention was Hurray for the Riff Raff. But right now I am listening to Souls Of Inspyration – The Souls Of Inspyration (1970). They are a Canadian Progressive Rock band, it might be something you would dig.

You very deserve recognition, Neapolitan - for example, you stopped those prog-folk threads from turning into monologues. Thanks.

Thanks also for the recommendations. I've been looking for a new artist to get enthused about,
so I'll have a look at Riff Raff and Inspyration later today.
