Last I heard his sister was in a bad way and he's taking care of her. Having cared for someone who's bedridden and having deathbed hallucinations, I know it gets pretty ****ing easy to forget that the Internet exists.

True. Oh well, perhaps he'll make a return. I haven't heard anything so I've just had to assume the worst.

I miss the guy, he was one of the few people on here who was in good spirits 99% of the time, I hope everything is alright with him.

No. But to mourn over a member that has been dealing with personal issues and not joining in the community of the forum is in the poorest of tastes. I mean...people go to the extremes on this forum all the time, myself included, but at some point it gets too extreme.
