Wait what did this guy do? Is there a big thread of him being a massive bellend somewhere that I can sit and read with some popcorn, lube and kleenex?

I feel I may have missed something, and it's tearing me apart inside.

rostasi 03-07-2014 03:59 PM

He managed to do a lot of this.

What did Urban do?

Sorry, he changed his name and I can't remember what it is. If someone remembers please let us know. But the avatar Urban did was Oojays "always naked" image in the members gallery with glitter and bright colours. Urban made it his own avatar. Maybe you had to be there lol.

he didn't do much. Roxy and Paul jumped his ass for not sticking the rules in a silly lounge thread and completely overrated.

He was pretty funny if you didn't take him seriously also if you got some of his jokes.

I find it quite amusing that this guy made only one post in this thread and it's gone on for pages without any of his input! This is a first.

His persona was that of a douche. He was treated as such. Then he left in a douche way.

It's not to be taken seriously.

He changed his name to something like Donnie X Dukes or something then changed it again to something equally idiotic.

I didn't make the avatar, Tumor made that.
I made the Warhol style print.

It's against the rules to insult a member, he's just made a post telling us he isn't one anymore. Therefore this thread isn't breaking any rules.

Oh here's Tumor's avatars. I found them

It's [MERIT] now, but it used to be [DONNIE -X- DUKES] and the first one was oojay. Also, didn't Tumor make you a gif that scrolled through all those pictures or something? I remember you had an avatar like that a while back.

Urban Hat€monger ? 03-07-2014 04:43 PM

He had other names between those

"I just said what I said and was wrong, or was taken wrong, and now it’s all this.” - John Lennon.

Oh brother where do I begin... Mel said she wishes he would come back and have a major melt-down. (I am paraphrasing that.) I expanded on it and all it was was a hypothetical unfolding of events based on past experiences of similar situations based on the predictability of how regular members act. I am not implying you or any other mod are predictable, but sometimes mods have to take the necessary action in closing certain cases threads that run amok, which they do at their discretion. I since then looked back at those threads I was alluding to and the mod that finally closed them was FD. So maybe I shouldn't had mention you by name... sorry.:shycouch:

This is so much better

About 10% of the population is gay, so statistically you were right

It's sad that these types of threads get so popular over threads that are actually about something interesting.

straight up, but it'll loose steam soon enough, then it's back to Talking Bob Dylan! and The Beach Boys versus The Rutles.

What you think is something interesting doesn't mean others feel the same way. Exactly the reason why there is less activity in the threads that you find interesting.

Not even my point. A thread about somebody leaving the forum gets more attention than say a thread about a band. On a music forum, that's concerning.

mb is like a social circle. kinda like the breakfast club tho cause we arent here really as good friends. im of course emilio estevez. but in any social thing theres gonna be stuff everyone can relate to in one way, aka the lounge area. theres few music threads that everyone can comment on with humor or knowledge.

Perhaps it deserved the attention the day of, but to have it keep going on is just ridiculous. Maybe that's just my own opinion.

I guess that sort of shows what my sentence sounds like, but it's not exactly what I meant. I'll stop while i'm behind.
