hey eveyrone

ummm just wondering why when i go to upload an avatar it says i cant upload animated images. but ive seen ppl here with animated avatars. can someone explain how thats possible and if i can get a gif avatar

You need to go to the avatar requests thread, and a mod will approve an avatar for you. Please keep the restrictions in mind.
