His original account got banned just before you joined. He was a tool, and ever since has made like, well in excess of 20 new accounts per calendar year, trying to piss us all off.

I just got a PM from him, basically telling me he's going to do as much to disrupt things here before he gets banned. Is there no way to stop this?
