Especially in the lounge, I do not see why so many slightly off topic posts and stuff of that nature need to be messed with. Every website has a lounge or misc section in which the rules are not enforced as strongly as the main content the site was made for. By over modding in these areas I really think people get turned away and the off topic posts just spill into the more serious music forums.
