Can I add a new front page to my journal?
 
Can I add a new front page to my journal? I would like to provide a list of contents.

Also, how do you rename a link in the signature without changing the link itself? I am assuming this is possible.

I can see it. Is it still not there for you? If so, check your preferences. You may have the "hide signatures" option turned on.

Select the insert link button, type in the address.
When you click it in it'll show up on the reply to thread area you'll see an area highlighted. Type in what you want in there and that text will show up with a link to page when you post it.
