Reading this thread, I can't help wonder how much of it is humour and how much of it is bitterness.
Criticism comes with the job. You're gonna have to deal with it somehow. Is this the best way?

Something I learned working in customer service that applies to our task here is that people will not notice when an environment is clean, but they'll notice if it's dirty.
That can be pretty disheartening. I understand how criticism sounds. Hey, I'm defensive too. That said, we've taken this quite a ways for what amounts to three complaints. |
