[Suggestion] Snark regulation
When a thread is terrible, I move that we only allow for one snarky response. We're seeing a lot of dead-pan "serious" responses and its really polluting the system.
In an effort to make ourselves better people, I move we try and up our game a little bit. All violators will be hazed by other posters.

I think that if there's a crap thread it helps people get the trolling out of their systems, thus keeping it out of good threads.

How about we don't worry so much about protecting morons and being more-sensitive-than-thou.
