Probably just music videos from YouTube or something like that.

If you go into the 'Go Advanced' option in the Quick Post box, you can preview a post before submitting it, or without posting it at all if you just want to see if you know how to use the BBCode.

Ive seen plenty of videos people have posted of them'selves performing. Maybe you have to be here a while to be able to but it has been done. Not sure what the rule is on that and im to lazy to look it up and try an find it for ya.

There's currently no bbcode for that. It's simple to implement, but to get there, you'd have to appeal to the administrators of the site and they can be hard to convince.
