Nothing hypocritical about discussing pros and cons and revising your original opinion, Trollheart.
Given that, at the moment, the other mentor on offer in the Adopt A Newbie thread seems to be Howard the Duck, I`m sure we all feel that RHCPFemaleFlea is safest in your hands ! Consider it more of a rescue mission.

Introduce yourself

If you wanna be a part of our community, you should start by introducing yourself. Do so by creating a new thread in the introductions forum. What you wanna write is up to you, but some things you might include is who you are, age and gender, where you come from and, of course, what sort of music you like.
Maybe it could be expanded with something like this:

This website sometimes includes humourous but uninhibited adult chat. If you are 16 or under, we recommend that you say so underneath your avatar; that way other members will treat you with the consideration that you deserve.
Even if young newcomers don`t follow the advice, at least it`ll look better in court when we`re all being arraigned as sex offenders !

I joined this forum when I was thirteen. Totally didn't see the age limit in the rules.

Edit: as Urban already mentioned.

He didn't define the limit. It could he's tired of being outsmarted and wants no admitted with a IQ higher than 80.

You have frizzy hair, married your cousin and sometimes forget to put your pants on when you go outside...just like Einstein.

Thanks! I hope you're right (now where's my dirty mac? Oh yeah, there it is: my old Fleetwood Mac album that needs dusting off..!)

I think that's a great idea. Not heavy-handed, no major change but as you say we have some sort of story to tell in court when the day comes...

Damn. Look at all these fogies. And here I thought most people here were in their twenties, but it's more like they were born in the twenties.
