Default Feedback Point #426

Whoever made the decision to trade-in the Youtube button for the "spoiler" button - on a ****ing music site - should be beaten, fired, and then set on fire.

I'm done asking "Does anyone think anymore" its evident you don't. We've already got a bunch of one-sentence wonders running around here posting in the regular forums "facts" about their perception of an artist such as:

"Thinking of checking these guys out"

"Thought he was dead"

"Liked his earlier work"

We don't need more tools for these illiterate jokers to use this place as some Dionysian ****ing ground. I'm aware we've given up on having standards but we don't need to institutionalize a selling out of our own integrity. At least the Youtube video was something people with a thought could argue about and debate.

Does anyone try for better?

What are you on about now?

The spoiler button has been there for awhile now and it's mostly been used in threads where people talk about certain movies or tv shows.

The Youtube button is still there so again I ask.

What's eating at you today?

Even if it wasn't, it's not like any one of us could do anything about it anyway.

Check to make sure, and/or we can see how we can help fix this for you.

My YouTube button just appears as a blank square with a tiny red "x" in the middle, so the icon isn't showing up correctly. I'm using Windows Internet Explorer.

However, when I tried wrapping the [YOUTUBE] tags around text by highlighting the text and then clicking the blank square with the little red "x" in the middle, it worked:

Celebration!

And the spoiler button works, too:

Spoiler for Vegangelica learns something new:
Hey! So this is what the show/hide button does! Cooool! I always thought I had to type the code out. Now I'll be using *lots* and *lots* of spoilers in my posts, Big3! And more YouTube videos, too! Buah ha haaaa!

MB blowhards who demonstrate their mental and musical superiority by
cursing unnamed lowlifes who pollute their sacred stomping ground should be
moved to their own elite club area where they can jerk each other off in
private and their hateful epithets are heard by no one but themselves.
