I have no problem with any of the mods. Hell, I've never even talked to half of you. Why we need a dozen mods, half of whom are basically n00bs is beyond me, but who am I to judge, right?

Just a question, how long were you a member before you became a moderator?
Dude... it doesn't matter how long she was a member. We obviously all felt that she was not only intelligent enough to do the job properly, but mature enough to do it well and provide a necessary perspective in our team, and also provide a perspective that was completely separated from any cliques, attachments, or otherwise. The very fact that you associate longevity with mod abilities probably speaks volumes about the fact that you've never been modded.
Time does not equal ability or usefulness.
I don't care if you've been here since the forum's inception... that does not, and will never, exclusively qualify someone for the job. I have the feeling you're intelligent enough to realize that, so I won't go any further with it.
