I'm going to personally set out to be the fairest moderator of all time. From this point forth, ANYTHING that could even SLIGHTLY be considered insulting to ANYONE on the forum, will first get a 9-point infraction that will last an entire month... then their next infraction will be 1 point, and will result in a month long ban.

Infractions used to be gauged as a percentage, not points. I guess 4 points could be equated to 40%. 40% is an F, so they fail. I'm used to getting A+'s.
