Thanks!

I see there's a quite a bit of a confusion about my user name.
@s_k -The sequence of letters krs, rst and str are very common in Serbian. We can basically put 'r' anywhere without breaking a tongue.

@Paloma - Dankrsta is like an anagram of my name. Not very inspired, but very easy to remember (well for me). My real name is Danijela, there you go. (should be read Daniela, without 'j')

That saves a question I've wanted to ask for a long time.

I just saw your username all in blue and found this thread. And then I went to your profile and found the answer to my question, 6 months after I asked it! Your username always suggested Serbia but your mad English skillz confused me a little. Totally impressed btw, if I haven't said that already. Do you actually live in Serbia or...?

Anyhow, congratumalations. Always good to have fresh energy in the mod team...(:

Thanks adidasss :) Oh yeah, I made a mistake then and answered your question on my wall. :banghead: But, I thought you knew it. I think we had a brief chat about it in 'Guess the movie' thread. Anyway, I suppose I'll put it in my location. Yeah I live in Serbia, learned English in school, through movies and music and perfected it in university. We had a lot of literature in English. So I guess I have to thank the books especially. And why are you so surprised when you yourself speak excellent English? :)

Since your second top artist is Sonic Youth, that makes you allright. :) Thurston Moore ftw

^^Heh, if there was such thing as last.fm scrobbling through the 90s, they would've definitely been the first. Ok, followed very closely by Swans. But, hey, I still listen to them on a regular basis.

Outside of nordic people, I'm always surprised and appreciative of people with mad English skillz. You should know it's not really that common in these parts...;)

What'd you study? How old are you anyway?

Dang, you just lost points for revealing your name... henceforth you are no longer mystical.

Would you like to see something STRANGE and MYSTICAL?

^^Haha, it's kind of hard to be mystical now that everyone is so curious about me. :)

Yeah, I suppose you're right. Never really thought about it. I was always under the impression that people here either know English very well or don't speak it at all.

I studied art history. I'm probably among the older people here, 36.

Oohh Art History. I need to take Art History for my dream career as a curator. What do you work as?

dankrsta 12-06-2010 02:04 PM

^^I didn't go that route though. I work as an art teacher.
