I doubt they would let someone who has been banned under 3 names and dont take the hint not to come back.

Well, I'm not gonna get banned again.. There was no reason for me to be banned the second & third time. I didn't do anything wrong. I didn't violate the Terms Of Agreement, & I still think I never did anything to violate them.

Being Banned doesn't mean make a new name. It means don't come back until your ban has ended. Which in your case, will be never.

ok, FYI, when the mods banned you, it wasnt so you can come back under a differant user name. They banned YOU for the comments I think we all are aware of by now. Changing your user name isnt going to make anybody think any differant of you. The fact that you still havent admitted any wrong doings for the blatant racist posts and claim you didnt do anything wrong just shows me that you should still be banned regardless of how many accounts you create.

Not at all. Ties to members on the boards would conflict with actual moding.

The word N****r is inherently racist. To use it against someone makes you a racist. unless you are using it in historical context (or in the case of this board music quote) there isn't a reason to use the word at all.

Maybe you don't hate black people. But you can't speak that way ever.

we need at least one more mod. the ones who are on either aren't on frequently enough or don't care, but the metal forum is becoming rediculous. Spamming, unrelated topics and n00b members who are really aggravating...sigh we really need some help

^ everything riseagainst just said is so true. the rock/metal forum is a joke, its got so bad slipknot threads are being rehashed.

If there is a thread in question...send me the link, and I will check it. There has never been one thread sent to me where I have not immediately gone and checked it. One, two, or even three more mods are not going to be enough to have every post checked. It's just a fact. Help out, and it will be noticed.

I've come to realize that there is no need to complain, because the current moderator team doesn't think this site needs another moderator. That's the end of story. You have to remember that people are not generous with distributing power.

i click the report bad post button about 1 outta every 10 post. i don't want to swamp you guys. thats all i'm saying. but i'll be more dilligent about doing that.

The report bad post button sends a private message to GregB I believe. I do not get ANY messages or any reports that people do from clicking the report bad post button. I've never gotten them. That's why I say PM me so I actually get something.

There's a thread about it in the Mods only forum...and many people's names are being thrown around. Patience. Only one person has the power to make these type of decisions so it's based on his time.

hookers, saying that we're not making anyone esle a mod because we're "not generous with distributing power" is rediculous. Like alejo said, it takes time for these things to happen. I get a lot of PM's about pointless threads and members who are causing problems, but like I said in a previous thread, I'm not on as much as I used to be, sometimes I'll be on every day, and then there's be a stretch of weeks when I can't get on at all. From now on, send a message to alejo too, or if you feel it's really urgent, send one to all of the mods, then it's guarunteed that someone will notice it in time and fix the problem.

There is never any urgent problems on this site. Eventually, it gets solved, but like you guys said, it takes time. I've come to realize that rather quickly.

We can handle things pretty well here, I dont think we desperately need a new mod. If someone says something out of line, there's always plenty of people that are ready to correct him/her.

Desperatly no...but it would be nice. I for one get tired of people with extremly similar names who join at the same time and have arguements with each other...(millybig anyone) lets all hope that that psycho never gets let out...
