i totally hear ya and live the same way. it's the easiest way to get to really know yourself and establish your control as an individual over your emotions rather than letting them control you. i 'choose' to not have drama in my life not by ostracizing people (anymore), but by limiting my reactions to their attempts to elicit emotional reactions for their gain.

although, reintegrating yourself back into a fully active social life once you've established that control over yourself can be a bit of a challenge if you take too long. just a heads up haha

This is a good idea. I also have forum addiction and should consider requesting temporary bands here and there once in a while too. :D
