Firstly if someone is posting rubbish in the main forums, if you do sent them to an incarceration forum for continually ignoring warnings about their posting there's nothing to suggest that they'll do any better in that forum either. In that instance i'd personally rather just restrict their access to the forum altogether in the form of a weeks ban.
Secondly if you do have someone in an incarceration forum there are certain other members of the forum who will spent their time goading these people for being in there and it will just create more arguments.
Those 2 reasons were pretty much why the idea was dropped.

That's all I wanted to hear.
I remembered this being a talked about issue, and since us lowly denizens of the forum world don't exactly get clued in, it's worth it to inquire. At least we eventually get the explanation from the forum government, albeit in the form of a failed thread such as this.
