But I think someone said it above, but like a standard form to start, and then the interviewer will have something to go on, and can get through the boring bull**** fast, so they can move onto the interesting ****.

How personal will the interviews get anyhow? Favourite positions an' all that .....

Jusr caught up with the thread. IM is preferrable. That way it feels more like an interview and less like an application.

i think its a brilliant idea. Might bring down the whoreing as well.

i'm working on it now...about how many questions seem appropriate, cause I could make questions all day.

Just basic background stuff, stuff to give the interviewer an idea of what direction to push the conversation.
