Put me squarely in the "let's discuss life like human beings" camp over the dogmatic "stay on-topic at all hazards" argument. Having said that...

I think there should be a sub-forum dedicated to recorded comedy. It's its own art form, and very very different than movies or tv shows. And there's different sub-genres of comedy albums, consider the difference between a George Carlin album and one from Firesign Theater...

I had similar thoughts. In fact I was thinking of starting a *thread* on the topic, but wasn't sure where I could put it.

The other thought I had was that there are some sub forums that seem to get less action than others, and I figured that recorded comedy could maybe be one of those lightly used sub forums. I dunno, I think it's a discussion worth having, one way or another

i just recently discoverd that, i get ignored less frequently on PM's :laughing:

For me it's not that I'm ignoring anyone, it's just that I have no way of knowing when someone has left me a visitor message so a lot of the time I don't notice for several days.

im actually suscribed to the threads i post to cause this forum is kinda slow at times so im always checking the CP

but instead of just reflecting the pms on the right upper bar panel thingy, why not label PM's and VM's both under the title of 'notifications'?
