I use it all the time to visit the site. I paid $2.99 for it on my iPhone, I imagine it's the same price on Android. I highly recommend it.

Aww. That's too bad. I'm kind of with Howard the Duck when it comes to stopping the prevalence of transient members for the sake of progress and quality. But that really wouldn't be worth it either. Oh well, maybe in time things will change, but that's a big maybe. Glad to get an answer, though

I'm new here, but I'd like to see Country music forum back (as its own forum) with maybe a Bluegrass sub-forum. Did it go due to lack of Country music fans?

Yep, unfortunately. We do still an active country forum though, it's just merged with folk and world music since none of them got enough traffic on their own. You can find it here.

It seems to come and go. There are quite a few people on here, myself included, who like country but just don't listen to it as often as other genres. The fact that you seem to be into older country would probably work to your benefit here as there are more fans of that here than the modern pop stuff.

Is there no way to report a post? I've seen two examples this weekend of posts that should be deleted and members who, if not banned, should be getting a warning. The posts are still there, and obviously mods are all very busy. I don't mind doing the odd bit of policing and checking while I'm browsing, but what use is it if I can't report the offending posts or threads?

Or am I missing something? Wouldn't be the first time...

the red triangle with the exclamation mark at the bottom of the avatar is the "report" icon

Excellent. Thanks Howard, I knew I'd seen it somewhere, but I was looking at the thread tools rather than at the avatar. Preciate it.

Before you get too trigger happy, if it's spam you want to report then wait a few hours before reporting it. If it's still there it's because nobody has been on to delete it, not because it's not been seen, especially during the day.
And usually it's spotted before the reported post is seen anyway.
So basically unless it's been missed for a day or so reporting it doesn't really make any difference.
