When does a rule become a rule? (fan, members, title)

for someone who never actually contributes anything to the site musically you sure take these minor issues seriously.

We are already coming up with a solution to the problem right now, and any differences we have with other mods we try not to express openly, but in the MOD section, so just because it seems theres no discussion going on, there actually is.

I do feel it was unfair to you however if you had no warning beforehand, and i apologize that we overlooked it in the rule book
