Make it festivals and concerts in general and then I could see it being somewhat active, well, just as active as the Instrument Talk and such.

Well i've just scrolled through the rock & metal sections first 10 pages of threads and there is a grand total of 2 threads about concerts or tours.

So thats why I wouldn't hold your breath for a concerts & festivals forum.

I have noticed that people are more likely to start threads on particular topics if there's a section specifically for them. I've only just arrived here so I can't really predict what the members will do but it's happened elsewhere.
