The reason I got banned was I made a fuss about the admin editing out my upload. So I made bad ties and was going to start with a new slate and made a new account and that's why they banned me.

So I hope new admin doesn't mean we have to follow the rules or any of that crap.

The quality didn't suffer one bit - that other forum is pretty serious (about relocation, housing, etc.) and there is very little off-topic chat. The clock should be fixed now.

Well, if you don't have enough new blood coming in, it gets boring quickly. And if we are successful in brining some more new people in and you want to chat with only the old-timers, we can always make a private forum just for the senior users...

I quite like the idea of an over 18s forum , they have them on a couple of sites I go on and tend to be pretty successful.

Not sure if it would work here at the moment though.

people here don't seem to bored. And as you've noticed aren't exactly noob friendly.

yeah, if you do a little searching you can find a couple of "18 and over only" sections on the internet

We're newbfriendly.(anyone know where the cartoon is about the difference between newb and n00b is?) We don't like stupid people. ie I like you but not Oojay(it's not a secret or anything).

I don't think we'd ever run out of things to talk about really but we'll see how things turn out when we get there.

Admin, you should make an intro thread sayin where you're from and what music you like.
