This could be an option (maybe with some other criteria too) if our promotional efforts work and there are more new members signing up. With the current activity levels, I don't think there is much need for it.

The lack of need of two admins. He's going to be checking the site more frequently than GregB was so it's not really needed. I'm a supermod now so I have modding powers.
