and let's see where they are from.....hmm.....7 US, 1 the rest of the world, not a very wise delegation if i may say so myself.....i'm betting AITA has a shitload of work to do while the americans are sleeping.......someone didn't take into consideration that this board operates 24 hours, not just when the americans are awake.....

i'm not happy with this decision, i have nothing against this boy, i was very happy with riseagaisnt and aita being made mods, allnightdinah i was not so happy because i barely knew that person frequented these forums, and now perfection? give me a break.....

i never thought i'd say this....but urban would have been a far better choice....or even stu.....

I have to agree with Adidasss on this one. Perfection, while no doubt a productive member, has not thus far struck me as the most level headed of people, which would not lend them to the duty of modship. I respect that you need to spread the work load but I'm not sure you've made the right choice here. And it's also a very good point that the spread of time zones is far from even, especially considering some of the comparitive numbers of members from Europe and the like you've got here.

I'd have to agree with you on that one. Bungalow (you refer to him as my twin) suggested a while back that we have mods for different time zones or mods that can cover the hot hours and I don't see PTS as a good mod. Sorry dude but you do start quibbles a lot. I think there needs to be an Aussie or someone from eastern or near eastern Europe to mod. Not a west coast american.

right-track would be an exellent choice, but the man has a different approach to this forum and i'm not sure he would want the added responsability......besides, he's on only in the evening....we need someone who's on when it's morning or afternoon in europe, so either from australia/new zealand or from europe.....

I think the current mods should perhaps create a thread every time someone is considered for a mod, so that everyone can bring up problems they have. That way we could all be informed and if there is any large objection to the member it can be raised.

that's actually why i was so pissed about this decision, noone asked us, i'm sure gregb didn't just randomly pick him for a mod, they discussed it in the mod forum without even considering the members and their opinions.....

I agree. Seriously has Allnitedinah even left the punk forum? Ya never see him anywhere else. And I only know he's a he because Ethan mentioned it. Otherwise, I know nothing about this "moderator".
