whats with the no spamming through pms?
doesnt everyone say "save it to the private messages" to spammers?

I guess it means no bothering/stalking other members via PM's...that sort of thing.

If anyone complains of being harrassed etc.

Maybe it just needs re-wording.

By the way the rules are virtually the same, with the exception of the 'banning' section', along with a few minor tweaks.

I'm pretty sure its a combination of all those things.....advertising, sending spam emails, etc....

Hey, just a question; can new members not make new threads? when I joined there wasn't a restriction on this, so I thought I'd check out what the new rules were in case it comes up again.
