Power of Inner Strength is the debut album by American groove metal band Grip Inc. It was released on March 7, 1995.

this is a killer album, featuring Dave Lombardo from early slayer, his new band with emphasis on drums. The vocalist is also great and really fits. power hungry music. This was in the time when metal reached pinnacle IMO, 1995 was swimming in killer metal music and this is no exception.

8.9/10 its only downfall is being so edgy it could wear you out.

Ostracized is no doupt my favorite from the album, I'm sure you can find all of it on YT
