Default ReadyMade's Worst Albums Of 2014

Well then... 2014 was a slow release year, and barely anything had a impact on me, especially in music. I was shocked. So I thought to myself, "Hey, make a worst of list!" Here we are, so without any ado, lets get into the s***.

5. Coldplay 'Ghost Stories"
If you were to tell me to hum one tune from the album, I could not. The whole album was forgettable at the least. I just can't remember one song. Hopefully, Coldplay releases a better album soon...

4. Pink Floyd "The Endless River"

I had big expectations for this album, which is essentially just outtakes from "The Division Bell." I loved that album and when I heard a new album was coming out, I could not wait. I bought the special edition, and when I heard it. My smile turned into a bored frown. This is boring. I could fall asleep to this whole album, and that's not good. When an album mores you, it really destroys the fun of an album.

3. Maroon 5 "Maps"

Its overplayed. That's my main problem with this album. The songs are just repetitive, as I feel that I had heard the songs before. OH WAIT! I have a million times! Maps, it will annoy you.

2. Nickelback "No Fixed Address"

Nickelback is one of "those bands." They are bland, stupid, and trying too hard. This album was just crap. Not one song actually made a good impression on me. What did I expect? Not much, and that is what I got.

1.The Flaming Lips "With A Little Help From My Fwends"

Talk about an album that died right when the first track was heard. Now before everyone aims their pitchforks at me, I just wanna say that I love The Flaming Lips. They are fantastic! "Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots" is one of my favorite albums. When they cover songs from bands like Pink Floyd, they sound great! This album though, is a horrible representation of the classic Beatles album "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band". I can't stand the sound of this album. I also hate the cameo by Miley Cyrus. If she was off the album, it could have been better. I can't hear anything but screaming, loud noises, and a lot of BS.

Also, it actually made me sick. Around the 4th song, I ran to the bathroom and puked. This album made me puke. JESUS CHRIST!!!

That's the list! So, what were your least favorites? Discuss down below!

I don't know if I could definitively come up with a worst album of the year for me, but the biggest let down for me was Dean Blunt's Black Metal. I really liked The Redeemer, but I didn't think his latest release had any personality. Another album I'd add to the list is the new Beck album because of how overhyped it was despite it being a dull and uninspired album.

I find it silly to bother mentioning Coldplay and Nickelback on a "worst albums" list when they are pretty much well known for making ****ty music. And Maroon 5 for that matter.

I second all the above.

Primus & the Chocolate Factory with the Fungi Ensemble was released in 2014 - I'd have to put that is my worst album of that year. I'm actually a big primus fan when it comes to their early albums, and Green Nephrahyde or whatever it was called I thought wasn't bad for a comeback album, so when I heard this it hurt me even more than Metallica's 'Load' when it came out, if you can believe that.

I am actually gonna make a review that album. It's not the worst but it is very bad.

I agree that Nickelback and Maroon 5 are not the best but I give every artist/album a fair chance. I think Coldplay is a good band though, but I respect your opinion.

**** off. Maroon 5 has made some fantastic pop. Of course, you like symphonic black metal, so...

I think all the albums of Frans Bauer are totaly crap, but i'm pretty sure nobody here have ever heard from him, and i think it's better to keep it that way, so don't go searching for it, I've warned you......
